Guiding Young Men Into Stronger Futures

Helping young men feel more connected to themselves, others and the natural world.

About The Both Sides Foundation
The Both Sides Foundation is a registered charity (1214606) in England and Wales, dedicated to supporting young men through the often underrecognised transition from boy to man. We provide practical training, ongoing mentorship, and supportive peer groups-especially for young men from deprived backgrounds. In an increasingly demanding world, we offer safe respite experiences that create space to reset, reflect, and build confidence. After that, our consistent mentoring helps young men develop life skills, emotional resilience, and a clearer sense of identity and direction as they navigate education, work, relationships, and community.
A Safe Space to Grow

Our mission is to support young men through safe, supportive and age-appropriate experiences that help them step away from the stressors of modern life while equipping them with practical tools they need to navigate it.

Retreats

Our 3-day retreats are designed to equip young men with the tools they need to follow a better path. Each retreat would benefit 10 - 12 young men and enable them to explore physically, emotionally and spiritually what it means to be a man in today's world.

1-to-1 Mentoring

Our mentoring programme offers ongoing support to young men lacking positive role models, delivered by our highly trained, skilled and DBS checked mentors.

Workshops

We deliver workshops for young men designed to increase resilience and improve emotional wellbeing; including yoga, breathwork, outdoor skills, nature therapy and more.

Your donation will help build a growing community of young men who value purpose, presence and service, and enable the young men that take part in our program to participate in and contribute to society as mature and responsible individuals.
