Neil Bolding

Chairman & Co-Founder

As founder of The Both Sides Foundation, Neil brings extensive senior leadership experience in business transformation, strategic planning, performance improvement and change management. Having held leadership roles globally he has also served as a trusted adviser to Pension Trustee Boards and as a business coach and mentor. He is a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute and previously served on its board as Treasurer.

Emma Harris

Treasurer

Emma brings extensive business and community experience to The Foundation. She has run her own branded clothing and promotional products business since 2007 and previously served as a trustee of the Maldon Mud Race charity, which she continues to support. Emma also supports the David Randall Foundation, a local charity helping young adults with life-limiting illnesses to enjoy special experiences and create lasting memories.

Anthony Mullally

Trustee & Co-Founder

Anthony brings a wealth of experience in sport, wellbeing and personal development to The Both Sides Foundation. A former international rugby player with more than 200 professional appearances, he is also a qualified strength and conditioning coach, personal trainer and breath science practitioner. Anthony is co-founder of Both Sides Retreats and works as a facilitator at Cabilla, using his experience to help support and inspire the young men attending our retreats.

Josh Bolding

Trustee & Co-Founder

Josh is co-founder of Both Sides Retreats and brings extensive experience in business, wellbeing and retreat facilitation. Previously co-founder and Managing Director of Vivo Life, he is now a qualified yoga teacher and has spent the past five years hosting men’s retreats across Europe. His work has been featured in publications including The Guardian, The Times and Men’s Health

James Holmes

Trustee

James brings strong leadership, strategic planning and governance experience to The Both Sides Foundation. Currently Head of Operations for a Manchester-based construction company, he previously served for nine years as an officer in the British Army. James is formally a trustee of Salford Lads and Girls Club and has a strong appreciation for the outdoors and the positive impact nature can have on wellbeing.

Neil Cameron

Trustee

Neil is an experienced business leader and founder of Sport Works, a socially driven enterprise supporting thousands of people facing vulnerability or disadvantage each year. He also holds leadership and board roles across several organisations focused on creating positive social impact, with particular experience in sport, skills development and supporting disadvantaged young people.
